Over time, our experience of Christmas not only changes, but it often doesn't measure up to our expectations. That isn't just the case for us today, but it was the case for many Jews in the time of Jesus' birth. They didn't expect the Messiah to come as He did. This Christmas, we're going to consider how to adjust our expectations and truly experience the God of grace.
